The Resort
The property is located in Pinar de los Franceses, a quiet semi-rural area just inland from the town of Chiclana.It is a 5-10 minute drive to the town centre and 15-20 minutes to the beach resort of La Barrosa.
Holiday Chalet Ro-Arla (Ref. PF1)
This two bedroom chalet, tastefully renovated from existing outbuildings, is set in the spacious grounds of a villa owned by Sandra and Robin. There is a shop and small Venta (bar/restaurant) within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the end of the road which will take you into Chiclana town centre. Generally, however, a car is recommended for this property.
The Gardens
The private gardens are beautifully landscaped with lawned areas, a patio and a good sized swimming pool. Sandra and Robin live in the villa but guests enjoy full use of the rear garden and pool.

Amenities
La Barrosa beach is just 15 - 20 minutes drive away from the villa and the town centre of Chiclana is a short 5-10 minute drive. This is a traditional Spanish town with a bustling covered market and a range of small shops. A large Eroski commercial centre is located on the outskirts of the town.Weekly Rental 2010
In addition to the normal weekly rates, shorter bookings are welcomed and a daily rate is provided for this purpose - To include include gas, electricity, towels & bed linen - Beach towels and Hairdryer provided.
