The Resort
Novo Sancti Petri adjoins La Barrosa and has been developed over recent years as an upmarket resort of low rise holiday and residential properties, 4 and 5 star hotels, a shopping precinct providing supermarket, pharmacy, bank, and many other retail outlets, cafes, restaurants and bars.
A wide range of sporting/leisure facilities are available, including the renowned 36 hole Ballesteros designed golf course, one of several in the area. There is also a new hospital and clinic close to the golf course. The region is typically Spanish and unspoilt by mass tourism. Wide boulevard style main streets lined with palms provide easy access to all amenities. The fabulous fine sandy beach stretches for miles and is bordered in places by sand dunes which form part of the Bahía de Cádiz Natural Park.
Novo Sancti Petri provides everything for an enjoyable and refined holiday. Pine forests abound across the region and open countryside leads to a backdrop of mountains 30 minutes distant.
The Villa - Sleeps 6 + 2 (Ref. NSP1)
Designed for six, but bedding provided to utilise the large sofas for two extra (if required - total 8) A travel cot is provided for the tiniest member of the family.
The villa is situated in a quiet typical Andalucian area called Las Veguetas and lies between the resort centre (1½ ml) and Chiclana (3ml) giving a semi rural village feel but close to all main facilities. Villas in the area are mainly owned by Spanish people. Interspersed amongst the villas are a few smallholdings producing salad crops. At one end of the road is a vineyard and at the other, an equestrian centre.
The single storey detached villa is the Spanish home of British owners which reflects the degree of quality and design. The property enjoys the sun all day from its rise to its setting beyond the private swimming pool. To the south facing aspect are open fields with pine woods distant.
A security gate system leads to the driveway providing off road parking for three cars. The villa sits within the garden which surrounds it, and is mainly laid to lawn but planted with Jasmine, Bougainvillea, citrus trees and ornamental pots. The private swimming pool (24' x 15' approximately) is finished in mosaic tile with Roman steps and fitted with state of the art salt purification and automatic Ph regulating systems and an automatic pool bottom cleaner. Near to the pool is the BBQ. The pool, garden and villa are maintained by our own local staff

The Accommodation:
- Sleeps six (8 if the sofas - large enough for adults -are utilised)
- 2 twin bed rooms
- Airconditioned double bedroom with fully tiled 5 piece ensuite bathroom with separate shower
- Fully tiled family bathroom with shower, bidet, wc
- Comfortable Airconditioned lounge with dining area, 2 large corner unit style sofas (could sleep 2 extra) Satellite TV (BBC & other English Channels), DVD, Radio/CD player. A small library of books, CDs and DVDs and family games. The bay window overlooks the large porch/patio area. Working fireplace.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, extractor and small kitchen bar. A door leads to a rear patio
- The water is heated by a gas boiler and there is a spare gas bottle

Amenities
There are several small traditional bars close by, one at the end of the road, one a ten minute walk and a local bar/shop 2 minutes drive away next to an excellent garden centre. The main shopping/ business precinct is 2 miles and Chiclana with its hypermarket and a wide range of shops is about 3 miles away. Restaurants abound within a 5 minute drive as do the international quality hotels with their huge range of facilities. There is a driving range about 1 mile away, golf (photo of Novo Sancti Petri Golf Course), football and tennis a little further.
Novo Sancti Petri has many open areas including a park for picnics etc. The area is famed for its horse riding stables with many to choose from, the nearest is 200 yards from the villa. Above all the fabulous beach, about 5 minutes drive, is covered in ultra fine white/gold sand for mile after mile. The busier area of La Barrosa is a further two miles down the road.
