The Resort
This family home is situated on the edge of La Barrosa, in the rural area of El Cotín.
The villa lies 3km from the beautiful beach of La Barrosa (7mins by car) or a pleasant 45 minute walk.
Local bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets are all within easy reach.
A car would be an advantage.
The Venta Cotín is 5 mins walk and they serve Menú del Día and drinks/breakfasts/tapas (very Spanish – owners a lovely Spanish couple!)
The small commercial centre in the opposte direction is about a 20 mins walk and there is the Cita bar with tapas (English owned) ; Spanish restaurants/tapas/breakfasts etc; newsagents; hairdressers.
The villa is ideally located for the nearby Novo Sancti golf course, with its 36 holes and driving range.

The villa is set in a quiet cul-de-sac comprising 6 villas. Within minutes you are in the centre of La Barrosa or Novo Sancti Petri as well as the Spanish town of Chiclana de la Frontera.
There are walls all around the property giving you total privacy to swim and relax in your own beautiful pool.
The Villa
The villa is 4 years old and is built in the traditional Andalusian style. Because this is the owners home for 10 months of the year, high standards are maintained throughout.
The kitchen is well equipped with all modern conveniences and the sitting room has good quality furnishings. Mosquito nets on windows and doors.

- The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, full size electric cooker, microwave, iron/ironing board

The Exterior
There is a patio where you can sit and enjoy your drinks or dine ‘al fresco' in the hot summer sunshine. Leading out from the kitchen is another patio area where you can relax and especially in the evenings, watch the colourful Costa de la Luz sunsets, which are quite breathtaking.
